You can screen your facilities directly here on our website (select Free Climate Risk Scan) and also on our platform. You can enter a postal address, provide [latitude, longitude] geo-coordinates, or upload an Excel/CSV file with your list of locations.

 

Free trial limits: 10 asset screenings, 10 portfolio screenings (≤ 500 locations each), and reduced spatial resolution.

 

For portfolio screenings, please prepare your input file with locations using the following guidance:

 

Columns: ID (id), Latitude (lat or LAT), Longitude (lon or LON)

Each row represents one facility (property, factory, real asset, building)

Latitude and Longitude are negative in the Western and in the Southern hemisphere

Units: Degrees decimals, digital, without symbols

Precision: at least 3 digit precision (-12.345)

Separator: dot

The input file can be XLS, XLSX or CSV

 

Please make sure that all your locations are inland.

Offshore risk assessment is available on demand. Climate risks are different inland and offshore.

 

The output metric for portfolio screening is “share of the portfolio at risk” with historical "reference" split and with forward-looking scenario analysis.

 

In the “standard setup”, the output metric for asset-level screening is the set of risk scores for:

- 11 individual hazards "as of today" (based on historical data): 11 risk score values
- 11 individual hazards as of 2030 for three scenarios: 11 × 3 = 33 risk score values
- 11 individual hazards as of 2040 for three scenarios: 11 × 3 = 33 risk score values
- 11 individual hazards as of 2050 for three scenarios: 11 × 3 = 33 risk score values
